Mike and his wife (owners) were so helpful during this difficult time of a family members passing. They made the process simple with no pressure just extremely sympathetic to our needs as a family. Our family member looked like himself, not strange or uncomfortable to our memory. We have been to other funerals and the person doesn't quite look like themselves. But his work was amazing. We have utilized Sullivan-Ellis for some time and will continue to do so. The facility may not look super fancy but it doesn't need to be high-tech, we required sympathy, respect with a family feel. My grandma recently passed in November. My aunt, her daughter, had her services done at Sullivan when she passed in 2014, so naturally, this is where we chose to hold her services. The team, especially Raveen, were amazing from beginning to end. Losing a loved one is hard and losing someone as special as my grandma was even harder. They were so kind and compassionate and explained everything thoroughly. I would definitely recommend them.
